Look for hulled or shelled varieties of organic hemp seeds, which strip the crunchy outer layer off giving you the most nutritious part of the seed. They do not need to be ground to enjoy their benefits! Keep the seeds stored in a cool, dark place, or store in the freezer if you don’t use them up within a few of weeks.
