While there may be organic wineries that produce organic wines just for the organic market potential, there are also many wineries that have taken a back-to-traditions approach and created organic red wine worth drinking.

You might find the following plants in a Georgia food forest. These are all routinely available through many garden suppliers.
The fruit/seed period of the American beech runs from Summer to Fall. It si propogated by Bare root, Container, Seed and has a bloom period in Mid Spring.
In areas with an annual rainfall of between 28 and 80 inches, you might find the American beech, which is Native to GA.
Known as having a High drought tolerance, the American beech (Fagus grandifolia) is in the Beech family. It requires a minimum temperature of -44°F.
Not every plant species listed as a food forest candidate in Georgia will thrive in your specific climate or area.
