While hemp is a species of cannabis sativa, it does not contain enough tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) to cause any kind of psychoactive reaction, or a false positive drug test. Organic hemp seeds are drug free and as healthy as any other organic, edible seed, like flax or chia seeds.
