Known as having a Low drought tolerance, the squashberry (Viburnum edule) is in the Honeysuckle family. It requires a minimum temperature of -62°F.

In areas with an annual rainfall of between 8 and 180 inches, you might find the squashberry, which is Native to WI.

Not every plant species listed as a food forest candidate in Wisconsin will thrive in your specific climate or area.
