Organic chia seeds can be ground in a blender or coffee grinder, into a fine meal. Use this powder as a thickener in the same manner you would use the whole seeds. The ground meal will mix into recipes a bit easier than whole seeds, with all the same nutritional benefits. Learn more about organic chia seed.
