The Chickasaw plum is propogated by Bare root, Container, Seed. With a bloom period in Early Spring, the fruit/seed period begins in Summer and ends in Summer.
The Chickasaw plum (Prunus angustifolia) is in the Rose family. It’s drought tolerance is None and requires a minimum temperature of -28°F.
While a plant species may generally thrive and fruit in Oklahoma, you may be in a climate that isn’t optimal.
