The shagbark hickory is propogated by Bare root, Container, Seed. With a bloom period in Late Spring, the fruit/seed period begins in Summer and ends in Fall.
The shagbark hickory is Native to NY. It requires precipitation between 29 and 80 inches of rain annually.
