Known as having a None drought tolerance, the annual wildrice (Zizania aquatica) is in the Grass family. It requires a minimum temperature of 32°F.

In areas with an annual rainfall of between 30 and 50 inches, you might find the annual wildrice, which is Native to NH.

Not every plant species listed as a food forest candidate in New Hampshire will thrive in your specific climate or area.
